Before joining Hemmings, Bradham spent nearly a decade at The Business Journals, where she held several senior roles, playing a critical role in developing national sales, product roll-out plans and mentoring emerging sales talent across multiple markets.
ORACLE says that Bradham is known for her straightforward communication, results-oriented leadership, and passion for solving complex business challenges, and she has a proven track record of aligning sales and marketing strategy with broader organizational goals. Her ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a culture of performance and accountability makes her an invaluable addition to ORACLE’s leadership team.

Her drive, team-first mindset, and commitment to excellence make her an incredible addition to our executive team.”
The Role of the CRO
In her new role, Bradham will oversee revenue strategy and sales operations across all channels, with a focus on optimizing performance, enhancing partner success, and scaling ORACLE’s presence in new and existing markets.
