The Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF) announced the appointment of David Boyington, vice president of strategic accounts at Advance Auto Parts, to its board of trustees. Boyington has over 37 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket and has held numerous roles throughout his career, spanning operations, sales and strategic account management.
“The automotive aftermarket has been very good to me and my family over the years. It’s important for me to find ways to give back to the industry,” said Boyington. “The AACF aligns perfectly with my desire to support the aftermarket. There is so much great work being done by this organization. I’m humbled to be part of it and excited to participate in a more proactive way.”
