High Performance Expo Announces Hotel Partners
Discounted rates & group room blocks are now available...
The High Performance Expo (HPX) has announced exhibitors and attendees can now reserve their housing accommodations for the inaugural June 2025 show. Exhibitors and attendees can receive guaranteed low rates on a wide range of hotel properties located in downtown Charlotte and all are within walking distance of the Charlotte Convention Center, officials noted in a press release.
The discounted rates are only available for reservations made on or before May 13, 2025, or until the rates are sold out – whichever is first. The deadline to request a group room block is April 4, 2025. It is anticipated the blocks will sell out quickly, so exhibitors and attendees alike are encouraged to book early, the release stated.
“HPX has negotiated exclusive discounted nightly rates at several of the best hotels in downtown Charlotte,” said Dana Teague, HPX general manager. “We considered both our exhibitors’ and attendees’ accessibility and curated the right properties – within walking distance – at a variety of price points.”

The inaugural High Performance Expo (HPX), the exclusive business and enthusiast show hosted by the North Carolina Motorsports Association (NCMA), will be held from June 3-5, 2025, at the Charlotte Convention Center (CCC), followed by area-wide enthusiast activities.
Show registration will begin in early January 2025.
