Gunther Werks Announces First East Coast Showroom

Gunther Werks, a restorer of remastered custom icons inspired by the Porsche 993 generation of the 911 from 25 years ago, has announced the company’s first East Coast showroom in partnership with Prestige Imports.

Based in Miami to serve the South Florida exotic car market, the new Prestige Imports showroom comes as Gunther Werks continues offering limited-edition restored and remastered Porsche 911s around the world.

“With a varied and diverse car culture, the East Coast, and particularly Florida, has always been an important customer base for our restorations,” said Peter Nam, CEO of Gunther Werks. “Teaming up with Prestige Imports in Miami gives us a partner that already specializes in exclusive marques, and who not only understands our brand, products and ethos but also our unique customers. With an expanding program of restorations, Gunther Werks recently unveiled the company’s new 750-hp Touring Turbo Edition Coupe restoration program based on the Porsche 993-generation classic.

The new Gunther Werks Touring Turbo Edition Coupe restoration program features a 4.0L twin-turbo, flat-six engine with a 6-speed manual transmission and impressive performance alongside a ducktail rear spoiler inspired by iconic cars from the ’70s, the company states. Weighing in at 2,650 pounds, the new Gunther Werks restoration features extensive carbon fiber bodywork almost entirely throughout the high-performance vehicle.

In addition to the recently unveiled new Touring Edition Turbo Coupe restoration program, Gunther Werks has several other modern restorations available as limited editions including the company’s Turbo, Coupe and Speedster program offerings.

Vehicles remastered and restored with these Gunther Werks package offerings will be available for viewing at the company’s new Miami showroom location, located within the main showroom headquarters of Prestige Imports, where clients may commission their chosen Gunther Werks remaster and restoration package.
