Rhino USA—maker of truck, towing and off-road adventure gear—announced the closing of a $15 million asset-backed loan facility with Texas Capital. The financing will be deployed to accelerate strategic inventory investment and optimize working capital as the company continues its rapid national expansion across big-box retail, e-commerce, and international markets, company officials stated in a press release.

Rhino USA has doubled revenue in the last two years and quadrupled it over the last three. Growth has been driven by a product line built for real-world performance, an expanding customer base in the millions, and a distribution footprint spanning rhinousainc.com, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart.com and retail locations across the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Europe, the release noted.

A Family-Built Brand, a Decade In

Rhino USA was co-founded by brothers Cameron and Dylan Repic, with their father Ted stepping in as CEO to help steer the company’s growth. A decade later, the company employs more than 90 people and has established itself as a trusted name in its space, with products backed by a lifetime guarantee, the company said.

“This financing is a vote of confidence in what we’ve built and where we’re headed,” said Ted Repic. “We’ve been on a winning trajectory, and this capital gives us the fuel to sustain that momentum and push even harder. Texas Capital understood our business, our vision and what it takes to win at this level. This collaboration reflects the strength of the platform we’ve spent 10 years building, and we’re just getting started.”

Inside the Texas Capital Deal

The facility was arranged through Texas Capital’s Asset Based Lending team, whose expertise in growth-stage companies made for a seamless process from diligence to close, Rhino USA officials said.

“Inventory depth and supply chain agility are how an American brand competes at national scale. This facility lets us invest ahead of demand in inventory, in our U.S. distribution network and in the people we’re hiring in Central Texas and Georgia. The Texas Capital team understood that from day one, and having a Texas-based financial services firm with national reach matters as we keep building here,” said Jeremy Bell, COO of Rhino USA.

“We are proud to support Rhino USA’s continued expansion with a financing solution tailored to its needs,” said Grant Weiss, managing director in Asset Based Lending at Texas Capital. “As the company continues to scale its operations and broaden its market reach, we look forward to serving as a trusted financial partner in the next phase of its growth.”

Deepening Roots in Austin, Texas

The relationship also deepens Rhino USA’s roots in Texas, where the company has made its home since relocating its headquarters to Austin. That commitment to Texas is also visible in RhinoWorld, the company’s newly announced 182-acre brand campus and proving ground being built just outside Austin. The first-of-its-kind adventure campus—featuring an innovation lab, content studio, 8-plus miles of obstacle terrain and long-term plans for first responder training and community access—represents what a decade of building the right way looks like at scale, the company said. RhinoWorld is where Rhino USA products will be developed, tested in real-world conditions and brought to life.

“We’re only getting started at RhinoWorld. The site sits in a federally designated Opportunity Zone, which we’re proud of, and we’ve already added three new full-time roles there this year,” said Bell.

With the Texas Capital facility in place, Rhino USA says that it is positioned to aggressively execute its retail channel strategy, ensuring that it has the inventory depth, operational flexibility and supply chain strength to meet growing demand as it expands its presence with major national retailers.
