Holley Performance Brands successfully wrapped-up its annual Holley LS Fest East Sept. 6-8 in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Nearly 45,000 automotive enthusiasts attended the three-day festival at Beech Bend Raceway Park and 2,752 vehicles were part of the action, setting records for the flagship Holley event.
Celebrating its 15th anniversary, LS Fest East was held just minutes from Holley’s headquarters, and featured a series of races, exhibitions and challenges throughout the weekend – all with a focus on safety, excitement and high-performance, according to organizers.
“This year’s event was our most successful Holley LS Fest yet, and the excitement over the course of the weekend – among enthusiasts and our Holley teams – was palpable,” said Matthew Stevenson, president & chief executive officer at Holley Performance Brands. “It’s inspiring to connect with automotive enthusiasts. We appreciate the opportunity to engage firsthand, gather valuable insights from our customers and learn more about their passion for performance.”
Highlights from this year’s Holley LS Fest East included:
- Sold out autocross and drag race events
- Blockbuster car show
- One of the only engine-specific competitive drift events in the world
- Hands-on electric fuel injection (EFI) workshop with performance personality Devin Vanderhoof and the Holley Tech Team
- A sold-out Grand Champion event that celebrated the best of the best across the weekend’s events.
To celebrate its 15th anniversary, Holley LS Fest East also debuted a brand-new offering: The Road Course High-Performance Driving Experience at NCM Motorsports Park gave drivers hands-on training in road course driving with a fast, fun and safe educational experience on the track.
LS Fest East is the largest of Holley’s flagship events and part of its Holley LS Fest series, which included LS Fest Texas in Fort Worth, and LS Fest West in Las Vegas, which was named to USA Today’s 10 Best Motorsports Races in its 10 Best Readers’ Choice Awards earlier this year.
Holley Performance Brands was set to close its event season with two more flagship events at Beech Bend Raceway Park: Holley MoParty Sept. 13-15 and Holley Ford Festival Sept. 26-29.
