Panel Discussion: ‘Education of Restoration: How to Cultivate and Create Talent for the Future of the Restoration Industry’

ARMO wraps up its events for the week on Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 1 p.m. (North Hall, Room N257) with an in-depth discussion on one of the industry’s most pressing topics: developing future leaders in restoration. This session, “Education of Restoration: How to Cultivate and Create Talent for the Future of the Restoration Industry,” will tackle questions many shop owners are asking: How do we find qualified people today—and where will they come from tomorrow?

The conversation will dig into the skills and education required for success, training methods for different experience levels, and strategies for effective cross-training that benefit both businesses and individuals. Attendees will also gain insights into how workforce needs vary across different types of restoration operations, ARMO officials said.
