Nissan Recalls 168,000 Vehicles
Vehicles Affected: Nissan is recalling more than 168,100 vehicles, including model-year 2011-13 QX56s, 2014-27 QX80s and 2020-26 Armadas equipped with 22-inch wheels.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the gross axle weight rating listed on the certification label is incorrect, which may lead the vehicle to be overloaded.
The Fix: Dealers will mail replacement labels and/or install new labels for free. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 4.

2020-27 Ford Explorer & Aviator SUVs
Vehicles Affected: Ford is recalling more than 387,900 vehicles, including model-year 2020-26 Explorers and 2020-27 Aviator SUVs previously recalled in June 2025.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the switch for the easy-entry, second-row outboard seats may bind or stick, causing the seats to unlatch, tip or slide unexpectedly.
The Fix: Dealers will inspect and replace the bezel around the seat switch for free. Interim owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 27.

2016-19 Ford Explorer
Vehicles: Ford is recalling more than 288,000 model-year 2016-19 Explorers previously recalled in May 2021.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the roof rail covers may come loose and detach from the vehicle, creating a road hazard that increases the risk of a crash.
The Fix: Dealers will inspect the roof rail covers and repair or replace the push pins, rail clips or whole covers for free. Interim owner notifications are expected to be mailed August 24.

Subaru Recalls Over Half a Million Vehicles
Vehicles Affected: Subaru is recalling more than 541,200 vehicles, including model-year 2019-26 Subaru Ascent SUVs, 2025-26 Forester and Forester Hybrid SUVs, as well as 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid SUVs.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the vehicles may have been manufactured with an incorrect gross axle weight rating on the certification label. If owners rely on the incorrect label, the vehicle may become overloaded.
The Fix: Subaru will either mail owners a new certification label or have a dealer install the new label at no cost. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 25.

2020-26 Kia Telluride
Vehicles Affected: Kia is recalling more than 462,800 model-year 2020-24 Telluride SUVs.
The Problem: According to the automaker, the motor for the front power seat may overheat due to a stuck power seat slide knob or an improper repair from a previous recall in June 2024. An overheated seat motor may cause a fire while the vehicle is parked or being driven, increasing the risk of injury.
The Fix: Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures until the recall repair is completed. Dealers will install an electronic fuse assembly for free. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed August 13.

2021-23 Ford Mustang Mach-E
Vehicles Affected: Ford is recalling more than 42,700 model-year 2021-23 Mustang Mach-E electric SUVs.
The Problem: The rear differential pinion shaft may fracture and cause a loss of drive power or unintended vehicle movement if the vehicle is in Park without the parking brake applied.
The Fix: Dealers will repair or replace the rear differential assembly for free. Interim owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 13.
