Called the Yukon Total Takeover, the nationwide event is scheduled for March 18 and will allow shops to provide special pricing on gears and gear kit installations for the day, the company said.
Since December, Yukon has been working with dealers throughout the nation to be included in the one-day takeover of their shops, the company said, and is organizing its social media brand ambassador network to join dealers for the event day.
Additionally, Yukon’s marketing team has prepared its dealership network for the event by providing marketing ideas and social media webinars, while the operations group has worked directly with dealers to supply parts for the day, the company said.
“Programs like this help Yukon get the word out on our brands, but the best thing about this is working directly with our dealers in building their brand awareness in their markets,” said Neal Hollingsworth, vice president of Marketing at RANDYS Worldwide. “We chose mid-March because we believe that the timing will not only allow our partners to be profitable for the day, but it’s also a great opportunity for shops to drive awareness and build business throughout the spring and into summer.”
