Off-road products company Warn Industries won top honors in the Off-Road/4-Wheel Drive Product category at the 2024 SEMA Show for its all-new ZEON XD winch.

Designed, engineered, tested and assembled in Clackamas, Oregon, the ZEON XD 10-S (10,000 pound), ZEON XD 12-S (12,000 pound), and ZEON XD 14-S (14,000 pound) models all have a new high-performance, high-efficiency electric motor and gear train. The combination delivers no-load line speeds of up to 40 feet per minute, while OEM-grade bus bars provide efficient electrical connections, company officials noted.

“The SEMA New Product Award winners are selected based on a variety of factors including innovation, technical achievement, quality and workmanship, and consumer appeal, to name a few,” the company stated in a press release announcing the award.

The winches include Warn’s strong, lightweight, easy-to-handle Spydura synthetic rope and an upgraded forged aluminum black hawse fairlead.

They include a unique large-diameter aluminum alloy drum. The large radius means less stress on the rope, extending its service life, the company stated.
