King of the Hammers has announced a partnership with Warn Industries and Factor 55, naming them the official winch partner and the official winch recovery gear partners of the off-road racing event.
The 2024 Progressive King of the Hammers Powered by OPTIMA Batteries will be held Jan. 18-Feb. 3, 2024, in the desert near Johnson Valley, California.
“We’re excited to partner with Warn and Factor 55, and to welcome them to the King of the Hammers family,” said Mike Jams, chief executive officer of Hammerking Productions. “Warn and Factor 55 make the best recovery gear, bar none, and having their products and expertise onsite and available to competitors and staff is essential.”
In addition to providing recovery gear and assistance at dedicated course recovery points, Warn and Factor 55 will also support competitors, showing them how to use their products effectively, according to the announcement. Both brands will offer winch and recovery training to competitors, volunteers and recovery teams throughout the event.
Each recovery team will also receive a complete vehicle recovery kit.
“We’re thrilled to support King of the Hammers in such an impactful way this year,” said Jake Petersen, vice president of marketing at Warn and Factor 55. “Competing in a series of races like the King of the Hammers makes having the best recovery gear an essential tool. We’re confident that our products, combined with our knowledge of effective recovery methods, will be a valuable resource throughout the event.”
