Warn Industries’ HUB Receiver & App won Best New Off-Road/4-Wheel Drive Product at SEMA360 last week, the company announced. The wireless winch control system lets users operate a truck or powersports winch using the Bluetooth connection on their smart device.
Additionally, the company’s all-new Ascent XP front bumper was runner-up in the Van/Pickup/Sport Utility Vehicle Product category.
Warn Industries’ Vice President and General Manager, Kyle Shiminski, said, “On behalf of the entire Warn Industries team, thank you very much for recognizing Warn’s HUB Receiver & App and our new Ascent XP bumper as new product award winners. Warn’s 72+ year heritage is cultivated on creative design talent combined with execution to transform ideas into reality. Our HUB wireless receiver has helped stretch our imagination while making the winching experience that much more simple and safe. Many thanks to the SEMA organization and to the judges for their continued dedication to making this SEMA360 event happen in as safe an environment as possible. We would also like to congratulate the other New Product award winners and runner-ups for their continued pursuit of new designs in the industry we all love.”
The HUB Receiver & App is a wireless control system allowing users to operate their winch using the Bluetooth connection on their smart device. The IP68 waterproof Receiver connects into the winch using the existing winch remote socket or included wiring (depending on the model), then Warn’s free custom-developed App communicates with the Receiver via Bluetooth signal. The user’s smart device will be able to operate the winch from up to 100’ away and monitor the vehicle’s battery voltage in all applications. Users of the WARN AXON powersports winch will get extra features including the ability to monitor the winch’s load and motor temperature.
