Prior to transitioning to the automotive industry, Chisenhall-Harding gained experience in cancer and DNA nanotechnology research during her undergraduate studies. She then worked in explosives manufacturing in the defense industry at BAE Systems.
In addition to serving as the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network Resources Committee Chair, she’s Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained, a program aimed at engineers and managers who oversee tactical and strategic projects and also writes a column for Throttle Gals magazine.
