Motorsports icon Travis Pastrana will kick off the Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Show’s Grand Opening Breakfast as the headline guest at on Dec. 12 in Indianapolis.
A tradition for thousands of motorsports professionals worldwide, the breakfast marks the official start of the PRI Show, setting the tone for the three-day event, according to officials.

His career and fearless approach to pushing boundaries make him an inspiring figure for our attendees,” said Karin Davidson, PRI Show director. “Travis embodies the spirit of innovation and risk-taking that drives success in our industry, and we’re excited for him to share his unique insights with our audience.”
Pastrana, known for his extraordinary achievements in motorsports and daredevil stunts, will participate in a live Q&A session hosted by Ralph Sheheen, offering attendees a unique opportunity to hear from one of the most dynamic personalities in motorsports.
“Whether you’re on the track or in business, the ability to make bold decisions while managing uncertainty is what sets you apart,” said Pastrana. “I’m excited to share my journey and insights with the PRI Show audience.”
Throughout his career, Pastrana has claimed victory at the highest levels of competition. He has clinched 11 X Games gold medals and nine championships across Supercross, motocross and rally racing.
Pastrana is a co-founder of Nitrocross, a race series featuring ground-breaking, sky-touching tracks designed to unleash the full power of world-class, high-performance electric vehicles. This series is passionate about celebrating today’s champions while also cultivating a new generation of racers and expanding the motorsports audience. Additionally, Pastrana is a co-founder of Nitro Circus. What began as a small group of friends performing jaw-dropping stunts has evolved into a worldwide phenomenon, with live tours, a hit television series, and blockbuster films.
Doors to the Grand Opening Breakfast open at 7 a.m., and the program begins at 7:30 a.m. The breakfast is free to all PRI attendees, but guests are advised to arrive early as seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The PRI Show attracts attendees from all 50 states and all over the world, including professional race teams, retail shops, warehouse distributors, engine builders, fabricators, dealers, installers, jobbers, and media. By registering early, attendees will ensure they receive their credentials before the show—allowing them to save time and bypass lines at the on-site registration desk.
