Designer and manufacturer of custom automotive interiors, TMI Products, will host a Cars and Clearance event at its headquarters in Corona, California, on Saturday, Aug. 16, 2025. This Cars and Clearance event will support The Salvation Army in procuring back-to-school backpacks and supplies for local children and will also serve as the fourth stop of the 2025 TRIM Road Tour.
TMI is looking to help local Southern California K-12 kids who might be having a hard time getting back-to-school ready. With many local families in need of a little assistance, TMI says it wants to help the community in a meaningful way by giving back to those in need. TMI hopes to help these students start the school year off right, setting them up for a year full of success.
Donating School Supplies To Help Kids in Need
For K-5th grades, TMI requests that donations include crayons, blunt scissors, pencils, glue sticks, pocket folders, wide-ruled paper, erasers and rulers. Supplies requested for 6-12th-grade students include pens, pencils, spiral notebooks, highlighters, folders (with or without prongs), scissors, rulers and colored pencils.
The 4th Stop on the 2025 TRIM Road Tour
As the fourth stop on the five-stop 2025 TRIM Road Tour, one winner will be selected at the Cars and Clearance event. The winner will move on to compete against four others for the 2025 TRIM Road Tour championship at the last stop, the Triple Crown of Rodding, Sept. 5-6, 2025. That winner will earn a trip to the SEMA Show (Nov. 4-7, 2025) and a Top 20 finalist spot at the TMI Products’ Trim Awards event. The trip includes a pass to the SEMA Show, a feature parking spot at the SEMA Show and a five-night hotel stay during the event.
TMI recently announced the third winner of its 2025 TRIM Road Tour when John Wargo from The Custom Shop took top honors with his 1969 Camaro at the 27th Summit Racing Goodguys Nationals presented by PPG on July 13 in Columbus, Ohio.
