Tint World Automotive Styling Centers is continuing its nationwide expansion with eight new locations across the country so far in 2025, with plans to enter new markets before the year’s end, company officials stated in a press release. The brand also made its debut in New Mexico.
“Each new opening is an exciting milestone for our brand, and expanding into New Mexico is pivotal as we continue to grow across America,” said Jonathan Norman, president of Tint World. “We are confident and proud of all of our existing and new franchisees who are showcasing every day why we continue to be the best at what we do.”
Tint World’s newest locations include:
- Cincinnati – Newtown, Ohio
- Carmel, Indiana
- Edison, New Jersey
- Cypress, Texas
- Pantego, Texas
- Marina Del Rey, California
- Torrance, California
- Albuquerque, New Mexico
- South Austin, Texas (coming soon)
The company says these openings reflect the growing demand for premium automotive services in both established and emerging markets. Tint World is also targeting expansion in key growth markets, including from Minnesota to Massachusetts and Texas.
“Drivers today want more than basic car care. They want comfort, style and protection,” said Charles Bonfiglio, founder and CEO of Tint World. “Our growth this year reflects how Tint World continues to meet that demand with services that resonate across every market we enter.”
Tint World Also Announced a Strategic Partnership With Susquehanna Growth Equity
In addition to the new franchises, Tint World announced a strategic investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity (SGE), an entrepreneur-centric growth equity firm. The investment marks Tint World’s first institutional capital, which will be used to accelerate franchise development, enhance operational support and further solidify the brand’s leading position in the automotive aftermarket industry, noted the release.
Led by Bonfiglio, Tint World began franchising in 2007 and now has more than 150 franchise locations.
“For over 40 years, Tint World has evolved into the premier automotive styling brand of choice for consumers, and SGE’s investment is a powerful endorsement of our franchisee-first approach,” said Bonfiglio. “SGE’s deep operational expertise in both the automotive and franchise services industries, combined with their long-term mindset, makes them the ideal partner to help us accelerate and scale franchise expansion globally, while continuing to deliver exceptional value to our franchisees and customers.”
“Tint World has established itself as the clear leader in a fragmented, underserved segment of the automotive aftermarket,” said Kyle Squillario, managing director at Susquehanna Growth Equity. “From its scalable franchise model and industry-leading vendor partnerships to its innovative service expansion beyond the automotive segment, Tint World is uniquely positioned to capture a massive whitespace opportunity. We are thrilled to support Charles and Jeanette as founders, and the entire team as they continue to scale the platform.”
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Boxwood Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor, and Quarles & Brady served as legal counsel to Tint World. Troutman Pepper Locke served as legal counsel to Susquehanna Growth Equity.
