The Wheel Group (TWG) announced that 11 of its brands have achieved SEMA Data Excellence status, a distinction that reflects the company’s commitment to delivering accurate, complete and trusted product data across the automotive aftermarket, company officials stated in a press release.
This accomplishment was made possible through the leadership of Tom Corona, data administrator at The Wheel Group, who guided the process of aligning each brand’s product data with the stringent standards set by SEMA Data Co-op (SDC), noted the release. These standards ensure resellers and distributors receive ready-to-use data that drives online and in-store performance, reduces errors and strengthens the customer experience.
Of the 11 brands recognized, eight earned the highest level of Platinum status, demonstrating strict adherence to fitments, rich product attributes and complete digital assets. Three additional brands achieved Gold status, which, according to TWG, marks another significant step forward in the company’s data excellence journey.
