Both on the SEMA Show Education schedule for Nov. 3, the two seminars will examine ways aftermarket restoration, performance, race and restyling shops can drive business through content, online presence and more.
The first presentation, “Power Your Business with Potent Digital Content,” will offer strategies for driving awareness, customer acquisition and retention by creating impactful digital content, Alt said. Scheduled for 1 p.m. in Room N252, Alt, along with Motorhead Digital’s VP of Customer Engagement, Dean Heckman, will discuss strategies for using content—whether it’s blog posts, videos, photography, or any other digital format—to spark interest in your shop and boost sales.
Scheduled for 3 p.m. in Room N252, Alt’s second seminar, “Get Noticed Online: Attract More High-Value Clients,” will focus on the power of your shop’s website, social media and overall online presence to attract better leads. During the presentation, Alt and Heckman will offer tactics and strategies for finding and engaging with high-value customers, providing a worthwhile customer experience and more.
“Dean and I look forward to speaking at the SEMA Show once again this year in support of SEMA Education,” Alt said. “Our goal is for aftermarket business owners to come away with valuable actionable digital marketing information that they can implement into their business’s marketing activities.”
