The Connection car show is set for Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 pm at the Savoy Automobile Museum, located in Cartersville, Georgia. The show, which benefits the museum, serves as a platform to unite a diverse community of car enthusiasts and spectators, museum officials stated in a press release.
This year’s show will feature 300 spots for locals to showcase their vehicles, and according to director of development Tom Shinall, “The response from the public has been exciting with all of the spots sold in advance of the show. We look forward to welcoming guests to enjoy the variety of vehicles that will be on display.”
An Open-Class Format, Access to the Museum & Filming the ‘Lokar Car Show’
The Connection car show features an open-class format, which means attendees can expect a diverse lineup of cars from various makes, models and eras. In addition to the car showcase, attendees will also have access to all current museum exhibits, including:
- It’s a Duesy!
- Small Block Muscle
- Roar of the Jaguar
- Harvest to Highway
- Savoy Collection
In honor of Harvest to Highway—which highlights manufacturers that produced both vehicles and tractors—a special outdoor display will feature antique tractors, primarily from the Gorden County Antique Engine and Tractor Club.
The “Lokar Car Show,” hosted by Sam Mahdavi, will be filming onsite during The Connection car show. Guests can also participate in the awards ceremony, which includes the prestigious Savoy’s Choice Award and 20 People’s Choice Awards, with voting open to attendees.
