Dynamat has announced that Thad Smith is its new national sales director. Smith has 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, ranging from managing auto repair/tire shops to leading a large team of business development managers and territory sales managers for a distribution center of a Fortune 200 Company.

The Role of National Sales Director
In his new role, Smith will oversee national sales initiatives, support Dynamat’s distributor and dealer networks, and drive programs designed to enhance the company’s customer experience. His expertise in developing high-performance teams and his passion for delivering value make him an exceptional addition to the organization, company officials stated in a press release.

Smith is married to his wife of 21 years, and they have two children together. Sienna, 20, is currently a student at Grand Rapids Community College studying psychology with aspirations of working with younger children in the future. Ethan, 18, is in his senior year of high school and has a passion for singing. He is currently involved in the Grand Rapids Youth Choir and High School choir.
