SuperSprings Announces Leadership Changes

Effective Aug. 1, Adam Weisner will be stepping away from his role as president of SuperSprings International to lead a faith-based company within the financial sector as CEO, the company announced. SuperSprings Director of Marketing Tom Bateman will also be leaving the company to join Weisner at the new company.

“When I joined SuperSprings International five years ago, I had no idea how much I would come to love this place and the people here,” said Adam Weisner, SSI President. “I’d spent my entire career in financial services and never expected that the Lord would lead me and my family to join a suspension company. I can say now that these have been the best career years of my life, and seeing all that we have accomplished as a team together during that time brings me deep joy.”

Before the change, Weisner and Bateman will be leading the search to fill the role of director of marketing that will be left vacant.

In the interim, SSI CEO and Chairman of the Board, Gerry Lamberti, will assume Weisner’s responsibilities, the company said.

“Naturally it is really tough to say goodbye to such awesome people. Adam has been a force for change and growth at SSI over the past 5 years and we have a lot to be thankful for,” said Lamberti. “I’m very understanding of their calling and am looking forward to seeing their success in this next venture. Where we are as a company today has a lot to do with the contributions of Adam and Tom. We wish them well on the very heartfelt road ahead.”
