Skyjacker Suspensions announced the promotion of Armond Gilmore to the position of media and brand manager, recognizing nearly a decade of exceptional service, creative leadership and commitment to the Skyjacker brand, company officials stated in a press release.
Since joining Skyjacker almost 10 years ago as a graphic designer, Gilmore has distinguished himself through his strong work ethic, innovative mindset and passion for growth. Over the years, he has evolved into a key leader within the company’s marketing department, helping shape the visual identity and voice of the brand, noted the release. Known throughout the company for his dependability, professionalism and positive attitude, Gilmore has earned the respect of both colleagues and leadership through his willingness to go above and beyond in every role he has held.
“You do not find a better employee than Armond,” said Malerie Pike, marketing director, Skyjacker Suspensions. “His talent is undeniable, but what truly sets him apart is who he is as a person. He is dependable, proactive, creative, and deeply committed to the success of the team. Armond leads by example, consistently brings solutions to the table, and is someone every organization hopes to have.”
Gilmore’s promotion comes as Skyjacker continues to expand its media presence, strengthen brand engagement and connect with off-road enthusiasts across the country. In addition to his accomplishments within the off-road industry, Gilmore has also built an impressive career serving in the United States Army. He recently returned home from deployment and was promoted to the rank of Major, a reflection of his leadership, discipline and dedication both in and out of uniform.
Reflecting on his military promotion, Gilmore shared, “This milestone is not something I reached on my own. It’s thanks to the investment, mentorship and trust of so many incredible leaders, peers, and soldiers I’ve had the privilege to serve with. I’m especially grateful to the commanders, senior NCOs and teammates who pushed me to grow, challenged me, and always set the example for what leadership should be. Because of their guidance, I have shaped my career to match those qualities. Every assignment, whether in training or deployment, has taught me lessons I’ll carry with me into this new role. I’m so thankful for the chance to work alongside such dedicated professionals and to be part of missions that truly matter.”
The Skyjacker leadership expressed excitement for the future under Gilmore’s expanded role, citing his vision, loyalty and ability to inspire those around him as valuable assets to the company’s continued growth. With this promotion, Gilmore will oversee media strategy, brand development, creative direction, and marketing initiatives designed to strengthen Skyjacker’s connection with 4-wheel enthusiasts nationwide, the company said.
