The Professional Restyler’s Organization (PRO), a council of the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA), introduces new quality control checklists for aftermarket shop owners looking to improve efficiency.
Copies of PRO’s new Quality Control Inspections Checklists are now available for installers, technicians and managers. The lists outline steps required to thoroughly complete installation processes.
“These tools will help ensure all necessary tasks are completed with nothing overlooked, and also that all team members are on the same page regarding what needs to be done,” PRO officials stated.
PRO has created five Quality Control Checklists for installers and technicians:
- Drive Sheet
- Electronics Inspection
- Post-Leather Inspection
- Pre-Installation Vehicle Inspection
- Sunroof Inspection
Copies of the checklists are available through SEMA. Contact Denise Waddingham at (909) 978-6691 for more information.
PRO is dedicated to addressing challenges facing the restyling segment of the automotive aftermarket and to developing effective strategies for dealing with industry-specific issues. The council has also updated its SEMA Accessory Sales Training Manual.
