SEMA Forms DEI Steering Committee

The SEMA Board is forming a new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee to prepare a DEI plan for the Association, the organization announced.

SEMA Vice President of People and Culture Jaelyn Young will chair the committee, which will be comprised of representation from SEMA’s membership, the Board of Directors and SEMA staff and include a professional DEI consultant and advisor, the organization said.
