“By bringing women together for focused leadership training, the event will educate, inspire and support women to thrive in the workplace,” SBN representatives said. “This in-person 3-day meeting focuses on providing women in our industry the opportunity to create and build skill sets through education, mentorship and small group discussions. With the heavy networking incorporated into the event, we will inspire leadership, learning and creativity.”
The three-day program includes presentations and workshops from leadership trainers and experts, including Dale Carnegie, organizers said. Participants will be able to choose from either a personal development track or a leadership track.
Experts will also share insights on how emotional intelligence plays a role in the office, and what women can do to amplify their careers through their physical and emotional presence, organizers said.
Online registration is now open and will close on March 15.
