RNR Tire Express, a franchise retailer for tires and custom wheels, hosted its 22nd Annual Conference at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, Florida. The event recognized the brand’s top-performing franchisees and team members who have demonstrated excellence in business growth, customer service, and leadership within the RNR franchise network.
“Our annual conference is a time to honor the incredible individuals who drive our brand forward,” said Adam Sutton, CEO of RNR Tire Express. “Their dedication, hard work and commitment to excellence continue to elevate RNR, and we are proud to recognize their contributions.”
Several franchisees and team members were awarded some of RNR’s highest honors, including:
- Lifetime Achievement Award: David Belt, owner of RNR Tire Express of Texas, was recognized as a pillar of the RNR family, leading with integrity and passion. With six thriving locations in Texas, his long-term dedication to the brand and industry has left a lasting impact, according to the company.
- Faye Sutton Woman of the Year: Shawnya Kelley is the director of marketing for Rental Concepts, LLC Franchise Group. She was honored for her leadership and innovation in franchise marketing, helping drive brand awareness and customer engagement for the franchise groups’ 32 stores across seven states.
- Franchisee of the Year: GulfCoast L&P—Shannon and Cynthia Baber Strunk and Shane Baber—owns and operates 16 RNR locations across the South (Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee). RNR says the group has exemplified outstanding business growth, operational excellence and community engagement throughout their time with RNR.
- Rookie of the Year: Lily Justice, the general manager of the Texarkana, Texas, location (Rental Concepts, LLC Franchise Group), has quickly established herself as a rising star within the RNR network, showcasing exceptional performance in her first year.
