Report: UAW Files Unfair Labor Practice Charges Against GM, Stellantis

The United Auto Workers (UAW) union has filed unfair labor practice charges with the National Labor Relations Board against General Motors (GM) and Stellantis, according to a report from Reuters.

The union claims that the automakers have refused to bargain in good faith. Both manufacturers have denied the claim, according to the report.

Ford has offered a 9% wage increase through 2027, a counter to the 46% wage hike being sought by the union, Reuters said.
