Report: U.S. Automotive Sales Have Reached ‘Peak Truck’

As last weekend’s 2025 National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) conference wrapped up, a report released during the gathering predicts the U.S. auto industry has reached its “peak truck” level.

Automotive mergers and acquisitions advisory company Dave Cantin Group presented its biannual Market Outlook Report (MOR), presented in partnership with Kaiser Associates. The report delivers a comprehensive analysis and forecast of the automotive climate headed into 2025 by combining Dave Cantin Group’s automotive research and data with Kaiser’s industry analysis.
