High-performance suspension and driveline parts company QA1 has acquired substantially all of the assets of Pro-Touring and restomod chassis and suspension components manufacturer Speed Tech Performance USA, dba Speedtech Performance USA.
Speedtech Performance offers a wide range of chassis and subframes for popular muscle cars and trucks, enabling enthusiasts to achieve optimal handling and cornering on the track or street, the companies stated in a press release announcing the acquisition.
“We look forward to building on the innovation, products and brand that has been created at Speedtech Performance,” said Melissa Scoles, president and CEO of QA1. “We are excited to leverage their proven expertise to expand full chassis solutions to our customers.”
Blake Foster and Roger Maniscalco co-founded Speedtech Performance USA in 2004 and moved the company to St. George, Utah, in 2012, the release noted. The Speedtech Performance brand will continue operating out of its St. George facility with its existing team, ensuring continuity for employees and customers.
Maniscalco will remain with the team and lead the sales and marketing efforts for the brand.
“We are excited to team up with QA1, incorporating their engineering and manufacturing expertise to enhance and fine-tune our product line,” he stated. “Our customers can anticipate an elevated level of industry-leading performance and customer service from us in the future.”
