Petersen Museum Temporarily Closes

Following orders from the state of California and Governor Newsom, the Petersen Automotive Museum will temporarily close to the public.

The museum had just reopened following an extended closure on June 19.

“We believe this closure is the best way to protect our staff, patrons and volunteers, while also supporting public health officials in their efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19,” the museum said in a statement.

Already purchased tickets for admission, the Vault or an event will be honored at a future date when the museum reopens. A refund or credit is also available.
