The Petersen Automotive Museum hosted its largest-ever cruise-in on Sunday, Feb. 18. The inaugural Donut Media Cruise-In marked a historic milestone for the museum, celebrating its 30th anniversary, as it attracted over 2,000 attendees, more than maxing-out the 600-space parking lot.
The sold-out event showcased cars from the Donut Media collection, including its “Money Pit” E46 BMW, High/Low Subarus and $500 Honda Civic, and included exclusive merchandise and a ceremony hosted by Donut Media personalities James Pumphrey, Nolan Sykes, Zach Jobe, Justin Freeman and Jeremiah Burton.
“Despite gray skies, the response was incredible,” said Petersen Automotive Museum Executive Director Terry L. Karges. “Partnering with Donut Media allowed us to welcome a new audience to the museum and the record-setting turnout shows us just how many enthusiasts are looking to celebrate and enjoy their cars.”
The museum will host its next cruise-in celebrating the Ferrari marque in partnership with the Ferrari Club of America, Southwest Region, on Sunday, Feb. 25. For more information about the Petersen Automotive Museum, visit www.Petersen.org
