Mustang Advanced Engineering (MAE) provides advanced test equipment, repair services, refurbishment, calibration, and lifecycle support solutions for the MV-75 Cheyenne II Future Long-Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) program. Building on more than 50 years of aerospace test equipment expertise, MAE is developing next-generation powertrain and subsystem test capabilities to support production, sustainment and fleet readiness throughout the aircraft lifecycle, according to company officials in a press release.

FLRAA is part of the U.S. Army’s broader Future Vertical Lift (FVL) modernization effort. MAE is investing in engineering, testing and sustainment infrastructure to support the MV-75 Cheyenne II platform and future variants.

“MAE continues to invest in advanced test technologies, engineering capabilities and sustainment solutions to support the Army’s Future Vertical Lift modernization objectives,” said Eser Manav, vice president of operations at MAE.

MAE designs and manufactures custom aerospace test equipment and has extensive experience supporting complex military and industrial test systems. In addition to new equipment, MAE provides repair, refurbishment, remanufacturing, calibration, controls modernization, software upgrades and field service for existing test equipment, including systems originally manufactured by other suppliers.

“Our investments in digital engineering, simulation and rapid development tools allow us to quickly develop reliable test and support equipment for both current and future military aviation programs,” said Don Ganzhorn Jr., chief engineer and owner of MAE.
