Miller Electric Mfg. LLC is set to showcase its latest welding and safety equipment for the automotive industry at SEMA 2024, Nov. 5-8 in Las Vegas.
“SEMA is always buzzing with new ideas and innovations — it’s the perfect place to give auto welders a firsthand look at solutions that can help them refine their craft,” says Dave Lambert, group president, ITW Welding. “For instance, attendees will see how quick and easy it is for even beginners to master precise welds with the OptX 2kW handheld laser welder.”
Visitors to the can explore new products through live demos, including:
- The OptX 2kW Handheld Laser Welder, which nearly eliminates the learning curve for beginner operators and raises productivity up to five to 10 times. Ideal for precision welding applications up to 5/16-inch with tight fit-up and minimal gaps where high productivity is needed.
- ClearLight 4x Lens Technology, available in all Digital Performance, Digital Elite, Digital Infinity and T94 Series helmets, provides up to four times the clarity of welding helmets with 1/1/1/1 as per official USA ANSI certification of lens visibility. Welders can keep their helmets down between welding and non-welding tasks, improving safety and productivity.
- Two new graphic hoods unveiled at SEMA: the Burn and Blossom, the first pink floral design in the Miller Portfolio, which shows support for breast cancer awareness — for each helmet sold during October, a donation will be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation; and the Outdoorsman, designed for welders who love the great outdoors, with silhouettes of bucks, birds and grasslands against a wooded backdrop.
The Miller brand will be located in booth #23111, as part of the Racing & Performance Pavilion in Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
