Meyer Distributing Partners With Currie Enterprises

Automotive parts distributor Meyer Distributing has announced a new partnership with Currie Enterprises, one of the most recognized names in specialty rear ends and components.

“We are very excited to bring on one of the top 4×4, off-road and race axle manufacturers in the industry. Currie’s name is synonymous with hardcore axle strength and quality. They’ll make a perfect addition to our current 4×4, off-road and race offerings,” said Jamin Hochgesang, category sales manager of the 4×4/Off-Road division.

Currie Enterprises began in 1959 with founder Frank Currie who designed and built differentials for material-handling equipment. It soon became a family business as Currie and his three sons channeled their off-road passion and began developing aftermarket rear ends for Jeeps.

Currently, Currie Enterprises operates out of a 40,000-square-foot complex in Corona, California and employs more than 50 people. It continues to manufacture high-performance, direct-replacement and custom muscle car and truck rear axle assemblies.

Currie Enterprises “is thrilled to be working with Meyer to help expand their drivetrain offering with our complete axle assemblies, performance axle shafts, and premium ring and pinions,” said Casey Currie. “Meyer Distributing’s network fits so well with our business and we are so excited for the future and how we can work together to provide high-quality products with their renowned delivery network.”
