Meyer Distributing Adds Tucson Cross-Dock

Meyer Distributing is opening a new cross-dock in Tucson, Arizona, the company announced.

The cross-dock will have a direct feed from Meyer’s Kingman, Arizona, distribution hub, which houses an inventory of automotive accessories, crash parts and RV parts.

“Meyer has expanded inventories significantly in crash and collision parts this year in the Southwest,” said Jim Sherman, Meyer’s Crash and Collision Category sales manager. “Having larger inventories available next day now throughout the Southwest has been very well received by our customers. Whether it’s lighting, a fender, a hood, a bumper, or any other crash and collision part, Meyer has it ready for your repair.”

“The Tucson, Arizona, dock will create long-term capacity in this market which is growing quickly for Meyer,” said Jeff Braun, CEO of Meyer. “This new dock will increase delivery frequency to many surrounding markets like Benson, Sierra Vista, and Nogales.”
