Meyer Distributing announces new additions: Snap Dock, Huffy, Otter ICE, and Beavertail Boats
At its core, Snap Dock floating dock products demonstrate superior aesthetics, durability, and accessibility, according to the company. Its docks are manufactured in Wisconsin and North Carolina with a rigorous quality control program.
“As we continue to grow further into the marine/lakefront space, docking and PWC ports are a natural fit,” said Nick Gramelspacher, VP of brand strategy for Meyer. . “These deck and dock pieces are very large and cumbersome/expensive to ship. With Meyer Logistics, we take all the worry out of that.”
“We are excited to partner with Meyer Distributing,” said Snap Dock and Snap Decking President, Blake Elder. “Our goal since our inception has been to connect families to live their best life on the water, and our partnership with Meyer Distributing with their vast distribution fleet allows us to bring our best-in-class drive-on PWC Port, the Snap Port, and our light penetrating composite decking products to more households across the country.”
For over 130 years, Huffy has been a leader in the bike industry. In 1892, Dayton, Ohio-native George Huffman became curious about the “bicycle craze” sweeping the nation and wanted to be a part of it. Today, the legacy continues, and Huffy still reigns as one of the world’s most beloved, well-known bike brands, with products covering almost every style and size of bike, from leisurely beach cruisers to rugged BMX bikes.
“Just in time for spring, we’ve got mountain bikes and kids 12V ride-on toys,” Gramelspacher said. “These are perfect items for every showroom that hit price points that can compete with every big box store or website.”
“Huffy is proud to partner with Meyer Distributing for our bicycle and battery ride-ons business,” said Kris Parlett, vice president of marketing at United Wheels. “Meyer Distributing’s user base and network will enable more kids to experience the adventures that Huffy’s bicycles and battery ride-ons provide.”
Rhino Inc. is the parent company to Beavertail, Otter ICE and more. Rhino develops innovative products for fishing, hunting, marine recreation and powersports. Otter provides high-quality, portable ice fishing sleds and shelters. Beavertail manufactures roto-molded cargo sleds and sneak boats. Its other product offerings include decoys, grillie covers and ATV trailers.
“Once you’ve duck hunted out of a Beavertail boat, I’m not sure you’ll get into another boat or canoe again,” said Gramelspacher. “The quality is second to none and it’s so comfortable and stable. These things are big – expensive to ship. Let us bring one to you and take all that worry out.”
“Rhino Inc., parent company to Beavertail, DOA Decoys and Otter Outdoors, is thrilled to announce our newest partnership with Meyer Distributing,” says Jennifer Jacobson, vice president of sales & marketing at Rhino Inc. “This collaboration to expand our regional and national reach across North America will provide customers with quicker turnaround during the short seasonal selling seasons. Meyer Distributing’s extensive network, operational excellence, and dedication to customer service perfectly complement the values upheld by the Rhino Inc. brands, known for its premier Waterfowl and Ice Fishing products.”
