Meyer Distributing Acquires ADC

Automotive specialty product distributor Meyer Distributing has acquired the Pennsylvania-based Automotive Distributing Company. ADC has been fully integrated into the Meyer platform, and the combined forces of the two companies will allow for increased service levels on many fronts throughout the Northeast, the company says.

“We have been looking to expand our relationships in the Northeast,” said Jeff Braun, CEO of Meyer. “ADC provides a great opportunity to increase coverage and improve customer service with employees with lots of experience in the automotive aftermarket. We’re hiring for sales and purchasing positions there currently. We will continue to look for distribution and acquisition opportunities in our automotive, lifestyle and janitorial/sanitation businesses and encourage anyone interested in a possible sale of a business to reach out to acquisitions@meyerdistributing.com.”
