MEA Reschedules KnowledgeFest Dallas

The Mobile Electronics Association (MEA) is rescheduling its KnowledgeFest event in Dallas from Aug. 27–29 to Dec. 10–12, the organization announced.

The organization cited a spike in new COVID-19 cases in Dallas County and several manufacturer cancellations, mostly due to global travel bans, as reasoning for the postponement.

“Although the protocols were in place to assure a safe event, we respect the decision that many manufacturers regretfully made to not attend,” said Chris Cook, MEA president. “What is most important is to have a successful event for all that attend.”

The next KnowledgeFest event is still scheduled to be held in Indianapolis on Oct. 8–10. Registration is open at KnowledgeFest.com for the next three events. Attendees will not have to register again for KnowledgeFest Dallas in December and will be contacted for confirmation before the event.
