Lucas Oil announced the promotion of Naomi Furgiuele to chief operating officer (COO), effective immediately. In her new role, Furgiuele will oversee key company operations, including manufacturing, customer service, information technology and supply chain management.
“Lucas Oil has more than 300 premium products on the market, and Naomi has been instrumental in holding each and every one of these to a high standard,” said Morgan Lucas, CEO of Lucas Oil. “She is a dynamic leader whose vision, expertise and commitment to excellence have helped strengthen our organization. We’re excited to see her thrive in this role and continue building on Lucas Oil’s legacy of industry-leading products and trusted performance.”
Rapid Rise Through Lucas Oil Leadership
Furgiuele joined the Lucas Oil team in early 2024 as senior product manager, bringing more than two decades of experience driving business growth and leading innovation. She was promoted to vice president of product development in late 2024 and to chief product officer (CPO) less than a year later. Her qualifications and deep understanding across Lucas Oil’s different departments—marketing, sales, operations and manufacturing—make her a natural fit for the role, the company said in a press release.
“It has been impressive to watch Naomi’s growth as a leader at Lucas Oil,” said Katie Lucas, president of Lucas Oil. “She brings a valuable combination of operational expertise and product development experience to the COO role. Naomi’s work ethic, trusted relationships across our teams and deep understanding of our business make her exceptionally well suited to lead in this position. We have the utmost confidence in her leadership and look forward to the impact she will have on Lucas Oil’s future.”
“I’m deeply humbled by this recognition from Lucas Oil and am committed to continuing the forward progress we’ve made in the automotive aftermarket industry,” Furgiuele said. “There’s still much work to be done, and stepping into such a crucial operations role gets me excited about the future of our business.”
Furgiuele’s Consumer Products Background
Before joining Lucas Oil, Furgiuele led innovation and growth at Ignite Venture Studio and co-founded Small World Brands, following a 16-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson where she drove major product strategies for brands such as Neutrogena and Aveeno.
