Lubrication Specialties (LSI), manufacturer of Hot Shot’s Secret, announced the addition of Katherine Simmons. Simmons, hired in June, serves as the company’s digital marketing manager and reports directly to senior director of marketing and sales, Bud Prenatt.
A specialist in e-commerce website development, search engine marketing and with a record of proven digital campaigns for B2B, Simmons will be tasked with the overall digital strategy to grow the Hot Shot’s Secret brand to multiple markets – automotive, agriculture, fleet and more.
Simmons is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Master of Science in Integrated marketing communications and previously worked for ASG and AVC Communications. There she was responsible for product asset creation, oversaw search engine marketing and executed social media campaigns to build audience, engagement and improve conversion rates.
“We are excited Katherine has joined our expanding marketing team. She has a proven record of building brands through solid digital strategy and tactics. We look forward to her input as we expand our product line and make inroads to new audiences and markets,” said Prenatt.
