LINE-X, a company that’s been in the automotive up-fitting industry for over 30 years, recently recognized LINE-X of Fort Worth as the first location to receive the brand’s new LINE-X Oval of Excellence award. Company officials say the award was developed to acknowledge LINE-X locations that exemplify superior standards, rewarding franchises for their unwavering dedication to the LINE-X mission and operational excellence. Since the launch of the program, three additional locations have also received the Oval of Excellence recognition: LINE-X of Lakeland in Lakeland, Florida (Turner Miles); LINE-X of South Metro in Littleton, Colorado (Tom Snyder); and LINE-X of Monmouth County in Keyport, New Jersey (Pete Alesso).

As the inaugural recipient, LINE-X of Fort Worth met strict operational criteria in several different categories, including maintaining a Google rating of at least 4.6. With a 4.9 rating from over 525 reviews, the Fort Worth location exceeded expectations, according to a company press release
Oval of Excellence recipients, like LINE-X of Fort Worth, benefit from a variety of incentives, including enhanced visibility through a digital badge on their shop’s microsite and LINEX.com dealer locator, a recognition plaque and public relations support.

Any Franchise That Meets the Benchmarks Can Receive the Award
LINE-X says the inaugural award reflects its ongoing commitment to advancing operational excellence and reinforcing a strong, connected franchise network. In October of 2024, the brand held a convention in Las Vegas where they discussed changes pertaining to marketing strategies, coaching, products and rebates. The brand also introduced the LINE-X Oval of Excellence, all as part of its overall commitment to franchisee success. The award is not limited to a single recipient per year. Each LINE-X franchise that meets the defined operational benchmarks can receive recognition on an annual basis, encouraging systemwide excellence and transparency, noted the release.
