Lexani Tires, a subsidiary brand of Turbo Wholesale Tires, has signed a multi-year agreement to become a partner of the Detroit Red Wings hockey team.

Lexani Performance Tires officials said the agreement allows the company to not only support the Red Wings but also the state of Michigan in which Turbo Tires resides in three locations—Oak Park, Cadillac and Kalamazoo. The partnership will include in-arena brand placements, a series of sweepstakes and virtual glass placement during select games for TV viewers in Michigan.

“We’re pleased to welcome Lexani Tires as a proud partner of the Detroit Red Wings,” said Mike Singer, senior vice president of corporate partnerships at Ilitch Sports + Entertainment. “We look forward to working together to create unique and engaging experiences for fans at Little Caesars Arena and beyond.”

For more than two decades, Lexani Tires has designed its high-quality tires with performance, safety and style in mind.

“Lexani has roots in Detroit that extend back more than 50 years. So, for us to partner with the iconic Detroit Red Wings was natural for us. And being from here, it’s a thing that I’m personally very proud of,” said Phillip Kane, Turbo Tires CEO, Lexani’s parent company. “Besides being tremendously loyal, we believe that much of what hockey fans value, the typical Lexani consumer does too; so, the sport is a great place for us to be.”
