Kool April Nites Returns to Redding, California

Kool April Nites is happening in downtown Redding, California, through April 28. The event is one of the city’s largest annual gatherings with thousands of car enthusiasts descending on the small Northern California town located just below the Oregon border.

Touted as one of the West Coast’s top car shows, Kool April Nites has a major economic impact on the city with most hotels likely to reach capacity and independent restaurants and retailers also benefiting.

The 10-day event includes an array of activities culminating in The Big Show and Shine on the final night, drawing more than 10,000 car enthusiasts to the Redding Civic Auditorium.

The week long event invites attendees to celebrate and appreciate the small town show with nightly Show and Shine events at various local businesses and schools around the area. 

Attendees can also join the corn hole tournament, check out The Cruise on Friday evening, enjoy this year’s drive-in movie and visit the Big Show and Shine on April 27 at the Redding Civic Auditorium.
