KICKER Attends Slamology

KICKER showcased its entire Pro–Class line of competition products, including the highly anticipated Warhorse Amplifiers, front and center at Slamology June 8-9 at Lucas Oil raceway near Indianapolis.

This year new KICKER builds surrounded the XRV (Xtreme Recreational Vehicle) big rig and the KICKER Warhorse Bronco.

Several vehicles featuring KICKER SoloX Subwoofers, Warhorse Amps and ST Street-Series Speakers made their debut, making a statement on the brand’s return to the Pro-Class lineup of SPL-type products, according to officials. The Pro Class features KICKER’s new competition-grade products – SoloX Subwoofers, ST-Series Speakers, and Warhorse Amplifiers.

The current KICKER-built 2021 Bronco, which pays homage to the legendary Alma Gates’ “Beast” from 20 years ago, houses a 30,000-watt system with nine 12-inch SoloX subwoofers and 3600-watt Warhorse mono amps.  A trio of seven-inch ST-Series midrange drivers are installed in each custom door panel, as are four one-inch ST bullet tweeters.

More than 2,000 audio-focused vehicles committed to attend the event and Slamology anticipated attendance of over 20,000 spectators.

“Lucas Oil Raceway Park has proven to be the perfect venue for our continued expansion,” said Donnie Babb, president of GaugeMagazine.com and Slamology.

Showgoers saw several multi-point car audio competitions, featuring hundreds of the world’s best Sound Quality and SPL competitors vying for championship points, trophies and prizes.
