“True Spike’s approach is unlike any other product on the market. Our customers can mix and match colors, styles, and lengths to suit their build taste. The license plate, valve stem, antenna, and fender flare hardware all match the lug nuts, creating a one-of-a-kind look,” said Dan Guyer, Keystone category manager.
Wheels are the single most common type of modification among 16- to 24-year-olds in the U.S., according to the 2018 SEMA Young Accessorizers Report. The segment continues to grow among all age brackets as it evolves into a standard performance upgrade, according to Keystone.
VMS True Spike Lug Nuts are currently available in 11 different designs with 13 different finishes, as well as three diameter sizes and five main lengths. VMS ensures the highest quality, manufacturing the lower part of the lug nut assembly from powder-coated forged steel and the cap design from anodized billet aluminum, according to the company. All styles can be torqued to factory specifications and beyond, without fear of stripping, and the aluminum cap remains scratch-free, as it installs onto the lug base, avoiding contact with the socket.
“At VMS Racing, we are proud to bring innovation to the performance and racing aftermarket,” the company stated in a news release. “Our products and accessories offer unique styling, unsurpassed design quality, and proven performance. They are conceived and developed as a result of our passion for the aftermarket industry.”
VMS Racing, founded in 2002, will develop a stronger foothold within the aftermarket, secure new customers and business opportunities through Keystone’s retail network and strategic marketing services, according to the company.
