The 42 Foundation and QruisinPCH have announced Encore Gas & Supply as the official Title Sponsor for the 2026 Hot Rods and Heroes event set to take place March 28-29 in Huntington Beach, California. The partnership brings together two organizations dedicated to strengthening support for law enforcement officers and first responders who serve the community, along with the families who support them, event organizers stated in a press release.
Hot Rods and Heroes combines the passion and enthusiasm of Southern California’s hot rod and custom car culture with the mission of honoring the region’s heroes. Thousands are expected to attend the community celebration featuring an oceanfront car show, live music, food vendors and a wide range of activities to benefit the 42 Foundation, noted the release.
Encore Gas & Supply Supports Regional Industry & Public Service
Encore Gas & Supply is a privately owned industrial supply distributor based in Long Beach with additional showrooms in Ontario and Valencia. The company provides mission-critical gases, welding and industrial equipment, safety gear and automation tools to industries across Southern California. The sponsorship reflects Encore’s ongoing commitment to supporting both regional industry and public service.
Huntington Beach resident and president of Encore Gas & Supply, Ben Anderson, expressed the importance of the company’s partnership with the Foundation. “Our business has always been rooted in the idea that strong industries depend on strong communities,” he stated. “Backing the 42 Foundation gives us an opportunity to support the officers and first responders who work tirelessly to keep our communities safe. Hot Rods and Heroes represents everything we appreciate about Southern California. It is a celebration of automotive culture and the people who make this area unique. We are honored and excited to serve as the Title Sponsor for the 2026 event.”
Huntington Beach Police Chief Eric Parra shared his thoughts along with his appreciation for the increased support. “Encore Gas & Supply’s partnership speaks to the heart of what this event is about. Their contribution to this event allows the 42 Foundation to expand its reach and provide meaningful aid to officers, their families and members of our broader community. As a community event here in Huntington Beach, we are able to strengthen the connection between law enforcement and the public. We are grateful for the commitment from Ben and everyone at Encore for their generous support.”
