Hendrick Motorsports Reveals ‘Track Attack’ Car

Hendrick Motorsports has announced a line of track day-ready cars built with components from the outfit’s NASCAR program.

Available in Chevrolet SS or Camaro ZL1 body styles, the ‘Track Attack’ road course cars feature an all-tube chassis, an 18-gauge racing fuel cell, six-piston front and four-piston rear brake calipers, a carbon fiber seat, leg boards, knee protection, a six-point safety harness, fire suppression system and more.

The car is powered by a Chevy Performance LSX 454 engine, producing 627 horsepower, with an Andrews A431 transmission and a NASCAR spec rearend assembly.
