Garrett Motion Inc. (Nasdaq: GTX), announced the appointment of Paul A. Camuti to its board of directors. Camuti brings more than 30 years of experience in innovation and technology, with a significant focus on the industrial sector.

Since 2020, Camuti has served as executive vice president, chief technology and sustainability officer of Trane Technologies, overseeing technical strategy, innovation practices and sustainability efforts.
Prior to Trane Technologies, Camuti held several senior executive positions at Ingersoll Rand, including senior vice president innovation and chief technology officer, since 2011.
He joined Ingersoll Rand after having served in several senior technology and business leadership roles at Siemens AG.
The company also announced the departure of John Petry, the founder and managing principal of Sessa Capital. Petry joined the board as a designee of institutional shareholders of Garrett nearly three years ago. He has been instrumental in various achievements, including the simplification of the company’s capital structure and its strong financial performance, the company stated.
