After recent reports that Fisker was going to partner with automotive manufacturers, the brand has filed for bankruptcy, according to a new report from Reuters.
The electric startup was in the process of ramping up production for the Fisker Ocean electric SUV.
The brand will sell off its assets and restructure debt. Assets are reported to be between $500 million and $1 billion.
