The team’s efforts will be rewarded with a spot in the Hot Rodders of Tomorrow Elite Eight that will compete for the top college scholarships on Dec. 8-9 at the PRI Show in Indianapolis.
The Hot Rodders of Tomorrow competition this year will award scholarships from the School of Automotive Machinists and Technology, Universal Technical Institute, Ohio Technical College and WyoTech to qualifying students that are worth $5.5 million.
Along with the Elite Eight, the top 50 teams in this years’ competition have all qualified for a scholarship. The schools at the Indianapolis competition will be vying for the largest support that will range from $6,500 to $10,000 per student competitor.
